Colorful abstract image resembling a face with various colors and textures.

Meet the Artist:

Jason is a UK artist living in Gloucester, Gloucestershire, who has been honing his skills in art for many years. Originally a time served engineer he has blended these skills of 25 years to incorporate bringing a perfect marriage between the making of his own handmade canvas/frames and own personal style/technique of artwork.

Jason is fascinated by the individual contribution and effect of visual elements such as colour, pattern and texture and the ways in which they are woven into design and structure to communicate and tell a story.

Medium:

Jason loves to use Epoxy Resin its the perfect medium for creating optically clear resin art with a high gloss finish. It has been formulated to work seamlessly with Acrylics and other paints making the most of their high pigment load and vibrant colour.

It offers excellent UV resistance as well has amazing clarity and transparency. Hardened resin won’t shrink or distort over time. These properties make Epoxy Resin particularly suitable for both protecting and decorating paintings, artwork, sculpture and more.

Commission:

I’m always happy to create a unique piece of artwork, whether you’re looking for something to suit a home, workspace, or even a special event. Commissions are priced at the same rate as my regular paintings, and will generally take between 3 - 5 weeks to complete after a 30% deposit has been paid. All UK deliveries are free, I also welcome all overseas commission work.

AMAZING TEXTURE!

Close-up view of an abstract, colorful, swirling pattern with shades of green, yellow, and blue, resembling a fluid or marbled design.
Close-up of frozen surface with intricate ice patterns and patches of green and white frost.
Abstract colorful paint spilling and mixing, primarily in shades of green, yellow, white, and black.
Close-up of a surface covered with irregularly shaped patches of pale green and white mold with some black and darker green spots.

It all begins with an idea. I Start with a blank canvas and my paint. I have an image in my head of what I want to show the world ,but with each stroke, pore or splatter the image changes and so does my thought process this is my creative project to share with the world.

The way I tell my story through my paintings can make all the difference. Its up to you to look at the painting and admire and see what you think it brings to you.
